• Summer and winter vacation:
  Your program manager should be informed of any travel plans (date, period, location(s), reasons for travel, etc.) during summer or winter vacation.

• During a semester:
  For any travel taking place during a semester, your director or advisor should be informed of and approve your travel plans (date, period, location(s), reasons for travel, etc.). You are also expected to inform project manager via email 7 days before your trip. Otherwise your living allowance will be suspended according to the number of days you are absent.If your temporary leave (outside of Taiwan) exceeds a period of two consecutive months during a semester, you will not receive any monthly allowance for the time spent outside of Taiwan.
